Don Yeo joined the Central Provident Fund Board in 2005 as Director of Strategic Resources and was subsequently appointed Assistant Chief Executive Officer for Policy & Strategic Resources in May 2007. He currently serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Corporate Development as well as the Chief Information Officer, overseeing all IT and corporate development portfolios in the Board, including corporate strategy, finance, investment, risk management and HR, a position he has held since December 2008.
Don has held various policy and operational portfolios in a number of Government agencies in Singapore including the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Trade & Industry, the Ministry of Law, the Civil Service College and also with Shell in the private sector. Don graduated from Cambridge University in the UK with a Masters and Bachelor of Arts (Degree) in Mathematics.
